4.Now we talk time and money.We'll talk about the finishes and the must haves. Together we'll agree on a fixed cost contract and a time frame.
5.It's time to start works. We'll commincate throughout construction and update you on how the project is going.
6.Completion. This is where you are happy and we are happy.
